Stickers can work wonders! Put a whole page of stickers on her arms/legs and let her have a great time pulling them off, moving them around, etc. Perfect for independent play.
Another idea is to fill a cup of small ice cubes (Sonic ice is a great size) to provide entertainment, and hydration.
